Sunday Wine Brunch 


Includes luxury transportation and Domaine Serene and Château de la Crée wines, a wine-inspired  brunch, pizza and music. 
 

Sunday Wine Brunch:
Our Sunday Wine Brunch features three thoughtfully selected wine  pairings chosen to perfectly complement an exquisite three-course brunch  menu highlighting the best local ingredients the market has to offer.  Upon the conclusion of the experience, every guest will leave with a  take-home snack.

Pinot and Pizza:
Domaine Serene Pinot Noir pairs perfectly with our pizza. Pizzas are  prepared in our vine wood-fired oven utilizing dough made from a  proprietary blend of local grains. Our team will suggest the ideal wine  pairing, available by the bottle or the glass.

Bergstrom Wines 'Ekollon Experience'

'Ekollon',  a new wine tasting experience in 2018 in the Dundee Hills.


 In 2019  Ekollon will be featured at the Bergstrom Family Vineyard House. The  experience begins with a taste of Champagne while exploring biodynamic  practices in their vineyard and garden programs while enjoying views of  the valley. 


Next, your host will guide you through the Bergstrom story  and a tasting of their limited-production estate wines, including a  selection of library wines. Each Ekollon experience includes a pairing  menu designed by Josh and Caroline Bergstrom featuring seasonal, locally  sourced, gourmet bites.

Wednesday's at Sokol Blosser's Farm & Forage

Wednesday's with Sokol Blosser and Vibe Luxury Tours.

 Wednesday's are Sokol Blosser’s ‘Farm & Forage’ Day


A  culinary experience created by Sokol Blosser’s Executive Chef, Henry  Kibit, that pairs six bites with six of their wines. Chef Henry believes  that one of the best ways to enjoy wine is to pair them with carefully  crafted bites. Watch the Chef’s magic happen from the kitchen table. 

Following  their “good to earth” motto, Sokol Blosser source from local purveyors  and also forage on their property, often finding mushrooms, nettles,  salas greens, and more, to create a culinary experience you won’t  forget’


While  you enjoy Chef Henry’s creations and great wine your host will present  information about the history (5th winery in Oregon), its vineyards, its  soil, and what the future holds for Sokol Blosser.
